Privacy
Your data, in as few words as possible.
We collect what we need to quote and build your project, and nothing else. We do not sell personal data, we do not run advertising trackers, and this site sets no cookies of its own.
The short version
- No trackers. No analytics scripts, no advertising pixels, no cookies from us.
- No selling. We never sell, rent or trade your personal data.
- No forms that store. The quote form builds a WhatsApp or email message on your own device — it does not post to a server of ours.
- Photos with permission. Your space only appears in our portfolio if you say yes, and you can withdraw that at any time.
- One inbox, one deletion. Ask adimadesign2024@gmail.com and we will delete or correct what we hold.
1. Who is responsible
Adima Design LLC (Limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Florida) is the data controller for the information described here. Address: 5733 Harding St, Apt 10, Hollywood, FL 33021. Email: adimadesign2024@gmail.com. Phone and WhatsApp: +1 (786) 727-7419. We work in Miami-Dade and Broward Counties, Florida.
2. What we collect
- What you send us. Name, phone number, email, project address, room type, rough square footage, timeline, budget indication, and any photos or drawings you share to get a quote. If you become a client: contract details, payment records and site access notes.
- Messages. The content of chats on WhatsApp, Instagram direct messages, SMS and email — including attachments — kept so we can answer questions and remember what was agreed.
- Testimonials and project photos. Only what you approve, described in sections 5 and 6.
- Technical data. Our host (GitHub Pages) and our domain provider log the IP address, browser and page requested when a page is served. We do not combine those logs with your identity and we do not use them to profile you.
- What we do not collect. No card numbers — payments go through our bank or transfer and we only keep the confirmation. No government ID copies unless a permit or a gate requires it, and then only for that purpose. No biometric data. Nothing from children.
3. Why we use it, and on what basis
- To answer you and quote — before any contract, on the basis of your request (pre-contractual steps).
- To perform the job — scheduling, materials, access, invoicing, warranty (contract).
- To run a business legally — accounting, taxes, insurance, permits, lien documents (legal obligation and legitimate interest).
- To show our work — portfolio photos and testimonials, only with your consent.
- To improve — reading which services people ask about most, using aggregate counts, not individual tracking (legitimate interest).
4. Who we share it with
We share the minimum necessary, and never for anyone else's marketing:
- Meta / WhatsApp and Instagram — when you choose to message us there, that conversation is processed by Meta under its own terms. We do not import your contacts or sync your profile.
- Google Fonts — the page loads the Barlow and Open Sans typefaces from Google's servers, which receive your IP address. No account or identifier is attached.
- GitHub Pages — hosts this site and keeps standard access logs.
- Our accountant, bank and insurer — invoicing and coverage only.
- Subcontractors and suppliers — the project address and scope, under a confidentiality obligation.
- Authorities — when a permit, a lien, a court order or a legal obligation requires it.
We do not transfer personal data to third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising.
5. Photos of your property
During a job we photograph the space for progress records, quality control and warranty evidence. Those internal photos stay with the project file. Publishing a photo in our portfolio, on Instagram or in an ad requires your separate, specific permission — and if you would rather the address and any personal objects never appear, we frame and retouch the shots accordingly. Withdrawing permission stops future use; we will also remove published images on request within a reasonable time, except where a third party has already reshared them.
6. Testimonials
If you send a testimonial we ask whether we may publish it, and whether we may use your first name and the project type. We publish it as written: we do not invent reviews, we do not pay for them, and we do not hide negative ones — the FTC rule on consumer reviews (16 C.F.R. Part 465) requires exactly that, and it is also how we prefer to work. You can ask us to take yours down at any time by emailing adimadesign2024@gmail.com.
7. Cookies and local storage
This site sets no cookies, no tracking pixels and writes nothing to your browser's local storage — there is no menu preference, no session key and no identifier of any kind. Embedded content from Instagram or WhatsApp appears only as a link, so nothing loads until you click. If we ever add analytics, this page will name the tool and offer an opt-out before it goes live.
8. How long we keep it
- Quotes that did not become jobs: 24 months, then deleted.
- Client project files: 7 years after completion — accounting, warranty and insurance requirements.
- Chat threads: 24 months after the last message, unless part of a project file.
- Testimonials and published photos: until you withdraw permission.
9. Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to: confirm what we hold, give you a copy, correct it, delete it, stop using it for a specific purpose, or stop sending you anything. Write to adimadesign2024@gmail.com with "privacy request" in the subject. We reply within 30 days, and we do not charge for it. We may ask one clarifying question to make sure we are talking to the right person, but we will not demand a passport scan for a deletion request.
- Florida. Under the Florida Information Protection Act (F.S. 501.171) we notify affected people within 30 days of discovering a breach of security involving their personal information, and we notify the Department of Legal Affairs when the law requires it. We do not sell personal data or process it for targeted advertising, which is the conduct the Florida Digital Bill of Rights (F.S. 501.701–501.72) regulates — we honor access, correction and deletion requests regardless.
- California. You have the rights to know, delete, correct and opt out of sale or sharing under the CCPA/CPRA. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising a right.
- EU / UK visitors. Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, you may also object to processing based on legitimate interests, ask for portability, and lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Our legal bases are listed in section 3.
10. Security
Data lives in our own devices and accounts with two-factor authentication, encrypted disks where available, and access limited to the people on your job. Paper contracts are kept locked. We keep the amount of personal data we hold deliberately small, which is the most effective protection there is. No system is perfect; if something goes wrong, section 9 explains how we tell you.
11. Children
Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If a child's information reaches us — for example in a photo you share — tell us and we remove it.
12. Changes to this notice
If our practices change, this page changes with them and the date below moves. Material changes affecting existing clients are also sent by email. Earlier versions are available on request.
